We are looking for a dedicated and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach and partnerships.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in growing our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of Casa Nannina.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach and revenue streams.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential distribution channels.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Casa Nannina.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to drive growth.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus).
